Amankora Thimphu is set in a quiet pine forest in the upper reaches of the Motithang area, just outside the bustling centre of Thimphu. The lodge offers convenient access to the city's main attractions, including the Tashichho Dzong, Buddha Dordenma statue, and lively markets, while providing a secluded and peaceful base for cultural exploration and nature walks in the surrounding hills.

Forest and Stream Dinner - Bhutanese barbecue. A private dining experience set in a secluded forest by a picturesque stream, where dishes are prepared over an open flame in complete harmony with nature. Available on request.

Farmers Market Tour - Local market experience. Guided tour of the Centenary Farmer`s Market, which features nearly 400 stalls showcasing a diverse selection of organic Bhutanese produce, including honey, dried cheese, chillies, and more. Available on scheduled days.
