Situated on the ground floor of the Museum building, Issen offers a menu centered around kaiseki-style courses utilizing fresh seafood from the Seto Inland Sea. The restaurant's design allows diners to enjoy views of the sea and surrounding art installations. Operating hours: Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 (last entry at 9:30); Lunch from 11:30 to 14:30 (last order at 14:00); Dinner with two seatings at 18:00 and 20:00.
